Today my review is about Ebay online shopping website/app. Let us discuss details below of this website/app-
> It has a drawback which I am going to share with you. I purchased some cloths/product from Ebay a few days ago but after delivered the product/cloth, I open the package then I saw the cloth quality is very bad i.e like as a old cloth. In Ebay website/app there shows a very beautiful/colorful product/cloths but while they send the product/cloth to their customer then only send the bad quality product/coth. After that I created a return request then after 3-4 days the courier visited my home for pickup the cloth/product from me. Again after while they got the cloth/product, sent me the new cloth to my address. I received the package when the courier again come to my home for delivered the cloth/product, and I opened the package and saw the quality of the new cloth/product looking very awesome. After I used the cloth 3-4 days, while washed the cloth then the color remove from the cloth. So friends please do not try to purchase online from Ebay website/app, they are totally send duplicate product to their customer.
> The website/app runs very slowly, it always require 3G/4G network, 2G network not work properly.
>The website/app layout & design is not very good.
> It is not useful for online shopping.So friends please shop online from other website/app except Ebay, becose their product is very bad.
> Their customer service representative is very bad, I given many mail about my issue but they were not replied and also if replied then after 4-5 days, they were not able to reply their customer within 24 hours. Also if you call them, then put your call holding long time. This is not good.
I will never suggest anyone to buy cloths from ebay.
