I am basically a seller from ebay.in and would like to suggest that it had been a nightmare for me since I joined this site as a seller. The customer support team never helped me at any stage and always keep restrictions on my account. I have had a very hard time contacting them. I think these customer service staff have no knowledge with what so ever other than telling us "WE ARE LOOKING IN TO THE ISSUE' and never does that.
I personally feel even call centres staff are 100% better than what these people are. I don't how they are taking their salaries(packages).They do not have basic knowledge of what they are working for!
They never respond on time to clarify any issue.Their feed back policy is a big joke.
They do not treat a member as a VALUED! ( I don't care if they threat me like valued, but at least they do have any responsibility on both sellers and buyers money).Some times they keep sellers money for a month by putting some restrictions on seller accounts to re-verify sellers address or re-send again our KYC documents. and once we send these documents, we again need to follow-up and ask them whether my documents are received or not.
To put it in to a nut shell , Government employees are much better than these LAZY AS-SS-SSES.
It's time for bazze. Turned in to ebay.in , which i feel is a big backdrop for actual u.s ebay and other country ebay sites. Here these ebay.in team have no way have the knowledge of what they are doing . It is better to shut down this site. As it may affect other ebay sites reputation.
being a seller you can understand how frustrated I am with these worthless, senseless ebay.in team.
There is a lot of complaints in recent times from sellers that their business have dropped to 80% . And for me too is the same problem.
I am hoping that ebay.in will soon disappear!!
