HELLO FRIENDS, I am shopping with ebay since 2 years, I was very happy but I hated the packaging of EBAY always and I complained the service center thrice, and they insured me that they will not do so again, and days ago I ordered a scanner from EBAY but because of the bad packaging, the scanner was broken, and when I tried to contact the service they said this could not be posiible, and now I am very disappointed and angry with EBAY, and I request you not to buy any produc from EBAY.
the worst thing which I liked about EBAY was it customer service, they just give dates and at last they give all the blame on us, if a company is good they provide good service to there customer, but if the company is bad how can they provide a good service.
there product quality is very poor, they look like second hand they are very low quauality, I do not reccomend you to buy any of the product from EBAY, you will be very disappointed and will not at all like the product of EBAY.
- the delivery time is very much it give me upto 7-35 working days to delivery my product to my home, which is again a very big negative factor of EBAY, which nobody will like.
the app has good design and layout, but it is very slow, I dont no why I have a 4G wifi connection in my house, I think because of traffic or low backdata on its app.
it is not at all reliable, and I dont trust any more EBAY and I am not going to any thing more from this site, and I request you all not to please buy any product from this site, please .!
