This review is about my experience on shopping with ebay.
I have ordered Lakme kajal worth rs 210/- from ebay on 13-jan-2016 with paisapay ID- 41627803147.
It took 4 days to come to me. While opening the packet it seems like a fake product. Then I matched it with one I purchased from market, I found it to be a fake replica.
Then I contact Ebay about it. I raised a complaint vide claim ID- 1635911 on 18-jan-2016. After a day I recieved a call from them, I explain them my concern, firstly they refuse to accept that this is a fake product. Then I send a picture of that product. Then they suaid that I will get refund within 6-7 days.
This was not expected from Ebay. Now I am waiting for the refund.
