Bought sony home theatre from ebay.in for 12000 rs. which was cheaper than other websites. so thats why I choose ebay.in
But they sent me a defective product. so I made contact with ebay customer care. and they just simply said this seller doesn't allow replacement. so if you want to you have to contact the seller. that was very irresponsible from ebay. they should contact themself with the seller and generate a return request as the other popular websites does. so, I have to wait a long for seller to reply my mails and get my home theatre replaced. and it took 25 days for the replacement. thats the worst part. after that I never purchased with ebay.
