Had ther been a option to give -ve ??, I would have opted for that. This vendor is an absolute fraudster. Their service is pathetic and they are highly unprofessional. I placed an order in 1st week of Jul-21 to be delivered to my home town as I am unavailable in Bengaluru. After payment was made the vendor becomes incommunicado. Sent some 15 emails and none of them responded. With mental trauma and pressure from teachers for books I was running pillar to post. It's not Rs 1500 that we paid rather the books that my kid needed and the time we wasted in uncertainty. Finally after 35 days, a guy from their courier says we delivered to you Bengaluru address. I urge every parent to be aware of this fraud called Eazyshopee. Instead the name #FraudShoppe suits it.
