I had booked for a CAB for airport drop on 17th July at 3.30 in the morning as my flight to Kochi was at 5.45 and I stay 47 kms away from the airport. I was amazed with the promptness of getting a booking id and confirmation. I called up a day in advance to confirm the same, as usual a confirmation and comfort was given on the booking.
On the date of journey at 2 am in the morning I got an SMS giving me the details of the vehicle, chauffer contact details. All the good things ended here. No clue of the cab till 3.45 am. Repeated calls to the office yielded no results but they pleaded stating that even they are not able to reach the driver, who had probably dozed off in the cab. Same result when I called..........!!!!!!! How am I to reach the airport when the CAB does not turn up till 3.50 am and my reporting time 4.30 am!!!
Luckily my trip was only for 2 days and I had my own car..... managed to reach the airport... what would one do staying 47 kms away with these kind of professional agenices operating...... Unorganised road side taxis are far better......... Think twice before you call EASY(!!!??) CABS
