Dunzo is a website that promises you deliver your product within your city in just 60 minute. I thought it to be really great as my mom said to deliver a sweet box to my relative whose house was on other side of the city and I was not in a mood to go in the afternoon.
So I booked a package and did all formalities the box was picked up on time at 1 p.m I told my mom that it will be delivered by 2, I did not receive any confirmation at 2 so I called up my relative to ask her if she had received the box and she said no. I thought that maybe the delivery guy would be in some traffic so I waited I again at 3 and she said she did not receive till 6 she did not receive the box my mom got really furious so I gave denzo costumer care a call and no one picked up.
At 8 p.m I get a call from a person that the person was not available at home so they have brought the box back it was so difficult to digest as my relative was whole day at home and she even told me that she did not receive any call from any delivery guy and they did not even call me to confirm what to do now.
Honestly I do not recommend to use these new sites for delivery needs as they are not at all efficient nor professional enough!
