I have sent an courier on 28th of November 2016 from Malad Mumbai to Santacruz Mumbai(within city) since I have some other work and don't have time to deliver the parcel. My consignment number is C72135639. I have booked it on 28th of November and it was not yet delivered. Its almost more than a week now. Its hardly take few hours to get the courier delivered within city or max one day. I feel very irritated and booked a case too(Case number 04065394). However no actions was taken even for my complaint. They don't even have a proper customer support wherein customer can track the order. I would have give less than minus 10 ratings if they would have allowed me to rate in negative. I suggest everyone not to choose DTDC courier services since you would experience the most pathetic service of your lifetime.
