Now a days online shopping is very popular . Maximum people shop their products from online . To deliver the product online store use various courier service . Out, these courier DTDC is one of the most bad . Their service is pathetic . Many time I meet with DTDC courier to receive product . All time I experienced very bad .
Speed Of Delivery:- DTDC is one of the slowest courier service . They took too much time to arrive my product in my nearest hub . Once they took more than 40 days . After arriving my product in their hub, they didn't call me to receive my product or not deliver my product at my door step . I had needed to track my product & then I went their hub to receive the product .
Missing My Product:- I had few order of P&G products . Few of them I received from their hub . But, all other are missing . Once I track my product, it show Delivered . But, I don't received it . Then immediately I went their hub to ask them about this problem . But, I noticed that they are totally avoid my question & told lie . They also said other DTDC hub delivered my product . But, here no other DTDC hub except it . I think they embezzled my product .
Behavior of staff:- One staff's behaviour was rough . When I went their hub to enquire about my product, he behave roughly . When I ask them why they don't call me to receive my product . He replied me that he couldn't waste his mobile balance .
Size of the hub is too small . Maximum time I saw that their hub's shutter down . I need to return my house without receiving my product again & again . This loss my time .
Many time I saw that, my product gone damaged during transit . I think DTDC don't have any responsibility .
This type of bad experience is not only for me . I hear many people got same experience about DTDC . DTDC is totally serve pathetic service . I suggest that, don't use DTDC courier service .
