My experience with DTDC courier is not good but not bad also.
Few days back my friend send me a package via DTDC courier from chennai on 5th januray'18. and it took more than 10 days to deliverd.I was tracking my package regularly and everytime I have found out irregular locations.I also called in their customer care services but here also my problem didn't solved and they are also telling the exactly same tracking details.
But many times I have got onetime delivery with strong sealed & secure packing.One thing which is always comman is its wrong tracking details perhaps it is the worst thing of DTDC courier.
Inshort DTDC might be better in future if they work on their weak zone and try to upgrade it as soon as possible.
