Not so attractive website,Damaged products here. Review on Droom

Droom.in is the cticket tournamnet  website.i mean we can play the games.And recently it announced a offer for the users as well as the new users also.Ther offer is BIke helemt.The Bike Helmet at just 9Ruppees only.I also tried for the offer.Because no one will attracts for such kind of good offer.I opened the link and tried for the order.But the website was loading very slowly.My browser internet speed is 15Mbps per scond.But in that speed also the website was very very slow.Nobody will achieves the highest speed in this droom.The helmet was looking so nice.It is costlier helmet.The helmet actual cost is 900rupees.but in this offer they providing it for just 9rupees by applying one coupon.Droom is the fake website .I know that the offer is for installing their application from google playstore as well as browse their website to earn money.I tried for the bike helmet of worth 900rupees with just 9rupees.I paid the money through my debit card.As I contacted the customer care,they told me that the product will delivers in the upcoming 25days.I waited for the helmet.Finally it was shipped and delivered to me after 20days.Then I was shocked after opening the sealed package.Because the product is damaged product.It is fake product.Then I gave a complaint in their droom website.They told me to forward the damaged product snapshots and then they will tried for further process.I forwarded the photos too.Then I received a call from Droom.I explained the total thing to the droom care person.Then he replied me to wait fro refund.The refund will credits in 5 to 7days of time.I waited for the refund also.But still I did not received any refund from their website.I understood that the website is really fake and selling damaged product to the customers.And with the product I did not received any receipt also for the proof of buying in droom.I really disappointed with droom.
