Time taking process to pickup vehicle
Once they were supposed to pick vehicle at night 9pm but no one turned up and then I started getting calls at 2am that driver wants to pick up vehicle.
They gave vehicle with empty tank and I had to drive worrying if vehicle will stop before reaching fuel station. I never got reimbursed for filling up the fuel even after providing receipt copy and mutiple follow ups.
Once I returned vehicle the guy delayed to close the booking to overshoot my deadline and then asked for bribe to waive off penalty.
Drop off place was very badly maintained and infested with mosquitoes that I had to literally throw the keys and leave.
