I went to Dr Lal Path Labs on a Doctor's recommendation for having some clinical tests for my mother
LAB.PROS: -1) The lab is like a brand and has branch all over India.all the hospital and clinic, nursing home accept its report.2) The doctors or pathologist are well - behaved and well qualified too.Cons: -1) The lab is too much costly for the test as it charges almost double than the other lab in the city.2) They often make a excuse of technical failure and we have to give sample again.I don't know what happens in case of emergency3) The employees at reception or payment counter are just terrible.the even don't know how to talk with patient4) The lab's infrastructure is also not upto the expectations according to it's brand name.A chain of Path Labs with a good reporting system.
