I have recently shifted from India to some other country and the Water here is so hard when I washed my hands on day! after my arrival my skin spoiled and totally dry it was a very uneasy experience for me and I had rash and rough hand and I was getting afraid to use the soap on my face but next morning helplessly I had to use and to my surprise my entire face skin was spoiled and felt like crying because it really make us very uncomfortable to stay with rough skin.
