I ordered a Mobile from infibeam.com on 24th of June' 2014. And I paid the bill by internet banking. The order should have been shipped to Cooch Behar. Now after I order they shipped it on 26th of June by DOTZOT couriers, which is ok then in one day it reached from Delhi to Kolkata on 27th Of June at 4:30 PM and then DOTZOT stop updating the location of my product and its now 1st July but the dotzot tracking is showing it -(DOTZOT KOLKATA KOLKATA- In transit to).(same as 27th of July). I can not be able to call them as there is no contact number. when I called infibeam customer support they are just asking more and more time. Then I start searching about the service of DOTZOT and infibeam and learned that same thing happen to many customers. and most of the time dotzot didn't delivered the package. As per the promise of infibeam I should have received it within 4 to 7 days.
But now after seven days I can not even track the location of my package. from last 4 days its showing DOTZOT KOLKATA KOLKATA, In transit to. I wanted to gift it to my brother's birthday which is on 30th of June, But I missed it. I bought the same from the local market Now who will be the responsible for this irresponsible service? Who will answer and who will support a common man? Are we born to be cheated like that ?
