Basically I have not chosen to use its services but my product was delivered by the an E-commerce portal Ebay. I write another review about the services of ebay later. Coming back to Dotzot, they are worst in handling shipments an courier services.
Considering them the e-commerce arm of DTDC, they are getting useless day by day. The worst aspect about this company is they do not care about the customers. There is no touch point available to get in touch with the customer care team.
No proper tracking mechanism which allows the customer to check the current status of the docket. I've been waiting for more than 3 days of estimated delivery, there is no sign of delivery anytime soon.
I would never recommend it use its services and confirm with the seller the courier company they have partnered with.
