Placed an order at 2.30, got the order at 3.30. I was denied taking their promise of "30 minutes or free". The reason given was, you have placed it online so we had to deliver it to you or else we donot deliver to your area. After some time they say, today is gurupurnima so the promise is not valid today. Then they say, we tried calling you but coudn't get through. When I refused to pay, they say we will take the order back at 3.30
Next time I should not rely on you guys for food.
