I am using DNA Infotel Internet service from 15 February 2013 now its been more than 2 year's and I can see a big change on starting dats the Internet speed was better than any other ISP in virar and lot's of offers like pay for 6 months and get 1 month free and free installation also available and the major website like YouTube and search engine like Google all where very fast and open but now its a very big change the most of time Internet is very slow or not working if we log the complaint they says it will be resolved in 48hrs and the epic is that after lot of fight and the problem gets resolved that the technical support person comes for solving the problem.
The company is growing bigger and I can see now also they are best in virar but only one think is lacking is management and no communication between technical support team and call attended people who register our complain.I can say only one think is average ISP but not reliable in their services.
