It used to be popular but now nobody seems to like dish TV. it is the service almost everything is wrong with. its set-top box is poor quality starts malfunctioning within few months. often restarts automatically. even remote of set-top box does not work right. if there is little heavy raining it stops working. quality of the video is bad pixels start breaking on large TV screens.
They miss at least one famous channel in every package and then you will have to pay extra for that channel only. their monthly charge is also higher then other service providers like TATA sky. I don't know why they still charge that much. if you are planning to get dth connection I wont recommend any particular as there are n number of choices but I would say don't go for dish TV at least.
