I had sent a Mobile phone from Mumbai to Chennai along with the charger to my younger brother in Banglore.I was charged as per the weight.It was also packed well.The mobile also reached the destination within few days, but the charger was missing.Some one had taken out the charger and packed it again. When I complaint this thing with the DHL they said that they have delivered all the things that was written onto your invoice.They said there was no charger in it, but I mentioned it to the DHL while sending it.They said they will contact me as soon as this thing was sorted out, but they never called me again.Also they are not picking up when I call.Such a irresponsible people.
