I am unable to understand how and why so much in the Name of Customs, IGST and disbursement charged amounting to 5200/-, while the
Cost of my purchase is just INR 6000, which already includes INR.1500 shipping. This purchase is for a patient who had a desire to hide his / her problem now has to go through extended pain.
Extra Charges in the name of Government taxes, duties and etc etc., levied by DHL of INR 5200/- is almost equal to the price of the item bought, how logical is it.
I wanted Invoice to be reissue/ raised in my company's name with GST no. so that I can at least claim GST reduce some amount of burden.
Going further I would say it's a Total inhumane, misusing, misleading in the name of policies.
I have been purchasing goods and have been delivered through different shippers but never charged so much, this is my second time delivery from DHL, both the time I had to pay additional charges, very bad experience and never will I recommend.
Surely will take innocent layman is looted of their hard-earned money and being mentally tourchered for the benefits of few.
If I had known this that this consignment was being booked through DHL, I would have either booked in my company's name or would have definitely cancelled the order from ubuy.
