I first visited Dental Solutions in the year 2016 for a tooth cavity which seemed to have gone deep. The junior doctor checked by teeth and suggested root canal treatment. I accepted their judgement as it did seem bad. Their prices are almost twice as what you pay in other clinics, but I went ahead with it as the location was very convenient to where I stay and the clinic is very well maintained.
As they proceeded with the treatment, the dentists discuss about all other teeth which have issues and they mostly wanted me to get a root canal to address all other teeth which didnt seem to have much issues at all.
As I was relocating to another country, I went ahead with their suggestion and started root canal treatment on another tooth. This was when the problem started. Dr Ramya had done a mistake during the root canal treatment and has pierced through the central bone region between 2 root canals. She did not inform me about this and went ahead with the root canal treatment. After getting the crown fixed I experienced unusual pain in the tooth and called her multiple times asking her about it. She just asked me to wait for a few more days and to bite less. I suspected that there is more to this and went to another dentist to get this checked. To my horror, the new dentist took a new xray and compared it with the older xray and clearly showed me the mistake that has been done during the root canal treatment, The only option that I have is to extract the entire tooth as it is applying pressure directly on the bone which can prove very painful in a few months. I was also told that this tooth didnt have a cavity so deep that it needed a root canal. It was deemed totally an unnecessary treatment.
I strongly suggest you to please go prepared with what you want for your tooth and not to be taken away with what the Dentists suggest. I have got the same tooth reviewed by 2 dentists now in a different country and they all have explained to me the same mistake that Dr Ramya has performed on my tooth during root canal.
There is currently no way to reverse the issue she caused to my tooth and this clinic will obviously not own up to their mistakes.
