Due to digital India initiative we decided to switch to set top box & our previous cable operator had only DEN to offer to us. Since all cabling was already present so to save on cost we opted for DEN settop box.
They charged us Rs1700 for non HD settop box & that too didn't provide us valid bill with TIN no when we asked.
As far as the cable plans are concerned, he didn't offer any ala carte or any plan as per DEN website. No bill agian for Rs.350 that we have to pay them every month. This is ridiculous & open loot.
When I called DEN customer service center & informed them all this, they responded that we can't do anything, contact your local MSO or cable service provider.
This clear LOOT by DEN & thier MSOs. I will rate minus 5 star for them
