Very poor service in the day

Den cable is a very popular brand in the field of cable. Den boomband is thier internet service providers.

Recently I ve also took a internet connection of den boomband. In the starting thier service was good but slowly slowly it became worst. The network goes in the day for 2 to 3 hours and when it comes the net is very slow. I ve complained to the local area dealer but never got any response from them.

The plans are so high that one cannot easily use it.

Customer service support is also not good. Installation charges are very much at the starting compared to other cimpanies.

I am going with one out of five stars.
