I have been using this network and I was told that I will get 1 month free on payment of 3 months. I am not receiving any free network and apart from that my network is shut down from past 5 days .
I have already talked with your representatives manish, pratibha, rohit and amit for past 5 days and each one said that your network will be available within next 24 hours according to policy .
Your policy is absolutely fake and thats how you are getting customers . I guess I even have a right to file a case against you for telling wrong policy or not fulfilling it .
You guys are thief and your representatives are all given scripts to tell and noone is able to answer my question . your supervisors never return the call and I dont believe in your company anymore . worst network providers I have ever come acrossed in my life .
I know I am writing this message and this wont affect you at all, and you guys wont start my network over.
