I have been cheated by DEN Boomband & I am going to file a Strong Complaint against it!
Their sales guy & customer care executive also committed me that I will be getting the Internet Connection on Upper Ground Floor & on Ground Floor. But now I am being told DEN will not provide the connection on Ground Floor.
I was expecting long term relationship, that's why I got 3 months connection. And though to continue. Also helped the same sales guy get 3 months of more billing, as my friend was in need of better ISP, so I suggested to go for DEN Internet.
Now there was another friend who asked for better ISP provider but I had to tell him go for Airtel. Because I don't want him to feel Cheated.
What ever I have gone through in past few days is just pathetic. I am feeling CHEATED by DEN!
