Den Broadband has serious problems from customer service to installation to post connection service.
It took 15 days to get a demo connection.
There are no clarity on plans. I was told 850/month plan but there is only 1000/month plan.
Biggest blunder& stupidity is den doesn't allow internal our ring to the house. Which means in your house you have to see loose wires going from one place to another.
Technical team doesn't know what to do& how to do it.
I wouldn't recommend Den Boomband to any customer. There is no limit of frustration when you are dealing with Den Boomband.
