Really Bad experience with Boom band

Hi, I really had a bad experience with Boom band connection. It started when I got a pamphlet mentioning regarding the connection. We were already looking for a internet connection, so called him up on 2nd of December and inquired about the procedure. He told us that it will take 3-4 days maximum to install the connection.


We were fine with this and I gave him a cheque for INR 3434. When I asked that it your main line is operational he nodded with yes and mentioned that its all good and we are raring to go. We waited for 4 days and when we inquired about the status on 7th Dec he said main line is being tested and your connection will be done by evening and since then he is just giving us time but yet connection is not installed.


When we call up customer care they give us time line as 24 hours but nothing happens. My concern is: when this guy promised 4 days it should have been adhered with. Also he told me that your cheque will not be queued unless your connection is installed but cheque was deposited very next day. I have been following up with this guys named Sunil Gautam almost on daily basis and he is of no use. Not sure how to get through this. Really frustrated. Connection number is VA_123221.
