I bought this laptop around one year ago. It was nice and fast for first six months but later on I found some issues in it.


I was watching a movie and my lappy suddenly got shut down showing a blue screen. I talked to one of my friend request who has done hardware engineering and he resolved the problem. This problem again arrived last week and this time my warranty period was void. I visited service center but they told this is a motherboard problem and may cost around 3000 to 4000 rupees. Again I consulted with my friend and he resolved the problem for which I had to pay 2000. He also advised me sell it out as this problem may arrive again.


I was never expecting this from a reputed brand like dell.


I am not at all satisfied with this product. I have just wasted my money on it.
