Dell laptop is the worst company product I have faced many of problems in dell laptops not only in dell studio 14 but all the dell laptops which I had experiances. actually I used many of dell laptop in my college hostel all student shows problem like heating problem, system hang problem, picture quality problem. it gives only the stylish looks to attract the customers . service is good but all need service when product doesn't means it having problems within 1 year.
