I purchase this monitor in January 2017 from an online website after purchasing the monitor, I get a 1 year warranty from the company. The monitor is delivered Tumi within 4 to 5 days. I use approximately 6 months after the monitor is delivered to me. At that time the monitor was performing is good. But shortly thereafter, this monitor encountered some problems. Some spots appear on this monitors display after running for a while like this, one day the monitor suddenly goes off. And I call this monitors company customer care immediately full stop and I call them problems on the monitor, and I was informed by bhai customer care that day old send a technician to my house and repair the monitor. And two days later a technician come to my house and repaired the monitor, a a few hours after the technician monitored the repair, the monitor was off again. Then I called customer care again but this time they did not solve my problem.
