I am using this laptop for 3 years now. There is absolutely no issue with this one. It is the best laptop. All my work is done every day on this laptop. I watch movies on it at night. This is sturdy, reliable laptop. It is extremely user-friendly. Amazing battery life. Laptop goes on for 8-10 hours with connecting charger. It has keyboard lights so that you can work at nights in a dark room, no one gets disturbed.
Of course, it is on a higher side when comes to pricing. So it has to be value for money. The service has been so nice that all my problems are fixed within a day.
I am extremely satisfied with this laptop. It has perfect screen size, perfect keyboard style. No connectivity issues, no hardware issues. Everything is perfect.
