Hi today I am sharing my personal experience in the Dell company I purchased a laptop in dell latitude 14 7000 E7. When I used the laptop in my office shall work the problem was getting in laptop that the screen of laptop is dubbing again again and the processing speed is not a good like a easy new laptop I talk to him that my friend he was an engineer he told me that it's processor it's not it's not good in this official work so you can try to service and support to customer care to let dial I call to dial service centre he told me that you can come here and I resolve your problems. I go to Delhi in dell service centre he told me that it's have some problem you can wait by can repair in seven working days I go to my house and I go to Dell service centre after seven days and this time laptop was working good but after it to repeat the same problem when he create first time I told service centre again and I go to Servicenter preparing for this laptop he told me I will be repaired in only one time so you can FaceTime charge of repairing so I can understand Service and support of Delhi it is not a good thank you
