The color of laptop grey its attractive Which I like most.the good processor and 4GB ram which help to work smoothly as per my work its good in quality.The durability of a laptop for a is for longtime as per my point of view. at the time I bought this laptop its lit bit costly but I manage, Because for the brands name an quality.Dell gives good services within 1 hr they help me to solve my problem as per their promise.
