Hi i'm krishna, as per my review abt the product is I was unsatisfied customer on this product. really I swear this is the worst I had ever seen in my life. I write on here like this bcz for hw I feel in used this product, mostly I faced in keyboard problem and this lap was almostly hanged in over time. it was pretty bad product, bt I was never expecting this kind of lapi in dell. I never recommended to anyone, one of the my strongest negative review is battery backup is hardly 4 hrs so I really disappointed from it. you may compare with any other product which was utterly failed. so please kindly pay attention on this product once check it yourself after you can purchase any lapy. thanking you.
