The touchpad of the laptop was coming out from the bottom, looks like some cheap Chinese build, not even the same colour as the rest of the laptop as shown in the pictures and not flush mounted as in the photos, but there is a gap at the bottom, moves up and down 1-2 mm without even clicking. Even the power on/off switch does not have any tactile response ( click) to it. Feels unsure that it has been clicked or not when pressed. Hopefully replacement piece will not have the same issues. There are better laptop available in the market I will suggest you to purchase a better laptop. I will give you the rating to customer support service 3 out of 5.
