I myself am someone with a customer care background. DSIM content and teaching approach gave me the digital evaluations tools and the strategies.
My objective to do the course was to improve the loyalty and the customer satisfaction across our different digital channels and after the completion of this course I can confidently say that the content provided and the support found were key factors to build the confidence, knowledge and analytical thinking in the field of digital marketing.
