We are extremely disappointed with my experience with Decorport. Initially, they committed to completing our project within 45 days, which aligned with our requirements. However, after receiving the advance payment, they unexpectedly extended the timeline to 3 months without prior discussion or agreement.
Due to this change, we requested a refund of our advance, but were informed that it would not be returned. Even when we suggested using the amount for alternative services or products, they refused to accommodate our request. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve the issue feels deeply unethical and unprofessional.
