This has been one of my worst experiences. A project at my home started on 11 May 2025, and even after 3+ weeks beyond the promised deadline, it is still incomplete. They took 95% of the payment upfront, sent multiple teams, but the qualityespecially the paintingwas far below promised standards and needs to be redone.
I raised complaints repeatedly and even emailed their general support ID and CEOs ID, but received no response.
The assigned manager Shubham completely stopped answering calls.
Jony, another contact, also stopped responding after repeated follow-ups.
Their customer service rep, Miss Mounika, even gave me a false contact number claiming it belonged to the country manager!
The marketing head, Jani Basha Shaik, initially engaged but later threatened my sister with talk of a defamation case when she tried to escalate it with her number as no one was picking up mine, and then stopped responding altogether.
They will make a group and as soon as you are done making the payment they will stop responding and if you call their customer care they will cut your call as soon as you will inform that you have complaint rather than new request.
This behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and intimidating.
I even visited their Delhi office in personno responsible staff was present to address the issue. All my attempts for a resolution have been ignored.

Do NOT hire this company. From my experience, it feels like a fake setup that takes your money and leaves you hanging. They took 95% of my payment and abandoned the project. You are far better off hiring a reliable local vendor.
I have photos, chat records, and full documentation of poor work, threats, and escalation attempts.
