I have to say dealsandyou has to be the worst group buying website. firstly if you can spend a day trying to get their customer service reps on the phone, secondly almost everytime I have tried to transact on the site ive faced glitches, and finally they have the most horrible user interface- they never send u email or sms confirmation for your deals like other sites.
Today I have spent half my day trying to print a voucher I bought and they other half trying to get a person with half a brain to attend my call..
in the past I have emailed them with no response.
It's really a pity, the level of customer service in our country.
