These days there are a lot of websites that give you deals on dining, shopping etc. I had tried another such website and decided to give these guys a try. Worst mistake of my life.
This is what happened:
-> I selected a deal(Yebhi.com voucher worth Rs 1000 for Rs 550) and paid using my credit card. I did not receive the coupon. This was on 25 Dec 2010.
-> I made repeated calls and emails for two and a half weeks, no response.
-> After two and a half weeks of trying the number everyday, one lady picked up. I was super happy. I told her about my payment and that my card has already been charged. She said that the system has crashed from their end and they couldn't process my coupon in time. The coupon offer has expired. So she said "Sorry". That was it. No offer to refund my money. I told her that if they didn't give me my coupon, they should refund my money. She asked me to call back in some time.
-> That was 2 weeks ago. I have been calling back since. Today is 28 Jan 2011 and still no one picks up the calls or responds to my emails.

If any of you happen to give them a try, please leave a comment about whether they have started to pick up calls on this number. I would be very thankful and would try again. Till then, my patience has run out. Also, if any of you guys know what action can be taken against them, please let me know. Am tired of calling these people.
