I am writing this review so that other don't fall into the trap of DealsAndYou website discount coupons. I bought a coupon recently and it was valid for all days of the week (written on the coupon). The vendor didn't agree to give any appointment on Saturday and Sunday.
D&Y customer care instead of taking up the matter with the vendor suggested me to take appointment for week day. I cannot go there on week days so looks like my money is going to get wasted (INR 800). They are not ready to refund the money either. They don't have any escalation mechanism and supervisors are not available for call in customer care.
They don't even issue a complaint number and insist on customer writing an email. D&Y is most pathetic of all discount coupon sites, I suggest refraining from buying their coupons.
