My review is not about the car, but about the company and its lack of information and coordination.
The Datsun Go+ D model is a great package and value for money.
But I faced the following situation:
- I reached the dealer and made enquiry for price and scheme.
Dealer says that Model D is not available. Company has discontinued it. Ok.
Only Model T is available, which costs 2 lakhs more on-road. I don't want it. But company has not made any official statement as to discontinuing the base model.
I also enquire about the 8.99% scheme+ 2gm gold coin, but dealer says that scheme is not available.
I call customer care at 1800-209-3456 and she says she can't say if model is available or not.(What a great company:) She says ask the dealer.
Now I am fed up of this company. Simply morons trying to sell a good car.
