I had recently visited Kashmir with my family, and I feel fortunate that I planned my trip with Srinagar Tourism company, which owns the Dal View Resort.
The hotel was well furnished with all the facilities required for a pleasant stay. However when I stayed in this hotel there was power supply problem due to heavy rain on earlier day
The food was freshly cooked and tasty. we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watch the Shikaras go by.
Only one draw back is, you have to take boat(shikara) every time to go and come back to main road.
Four days of my tour was life time experience for me.
