I filed a complaint about no cooling and the green light blinking through the service App - OneDios. This is my second complaint within 5 months of purchase. A technician arrived and informed me that the circuit was not working. He removed the circuit and told me he would fix it later. I have been waiting plus 10 days for someone to arrive.
As of 10 days, I have made several calls to Aircon, the Daikin service agency for my area. According to the service agency, they are still waiting for the main company to deliver the new PCB. The interesting aspect is that my complaint was closed on the service app- OneDios, even though it's actually open.
If Daikin cannot provide service within the warranty period, what sort of condition will I be in after the warranty period?
