Hello, this is Rezaul and today I want to sharing my very bad experienced about this Air-Conditioner. I will share you below in details-
##I have installed it in my shop, becose it covers the short space.At first, I am not satisfied with this product becose it's sound is very load.
##This AC did not given the more cooling and it's fan speed is very slow.
##In the 1st starting 1-2 months it was worked properly and after 2 months the Fan stop to moving.Then I called customer service centre and they heard the issue and raised a complaint about this issue.After 7 days Customer Service Engineer visited my home and checked it. He says some parts of it has gone bad and which will need to be replaced. Again after 5-6 days he replaced the parts and thereafter worked properly.
##Again after 1 month the issue again comes.Again I raised a complaint, the engineer visited to my home and checked and told filter need to be replaced. I said ok with that, but they charged from me 3000 for their service which was really disappointing because the warranty period is still there but they said the filter would not come under warranty and they charged higher from me. Company's product and service are very bad.According to me it just waste money and not useful.
I therefore not recommend/suggest anyone to buy/uses this air conditioner.
