Bought this AC for my small bedroom thinking that 1.5 tonne would be more than enough. From the beginning, it had cooling effect issue. After some months few more problems like moisture coming in to the indoor unit. I contacted the customer care and after one week the local service center representative had come and checked. He informed me that the compressor is down as well as gas insufficient in compressor. They replaced me the compressor.
But after few months same problem persisted. Along with the previous issue, it had noise problem too. This time the customer care representative was insisting me to join their annual contract system and pay lumpsum.
The price is also high when compared to its performance.
Overall I had issues both the product and the service. I don't recommend.
