Dabur chyawanparash is very good for our health. It has a good taste . I always eat one teaspoon chyawanprash in the morning. It is Black in colour. My mom said it is very good for health. My every family members eat this . Specially it is for children and old . But I didn't see the benefits of dabur chyawanprash even when I am eating this from before last years. And one more thing that is it has a great flavor.
