For me it happened this way:
We first talked with an executive and finalised the design of a crockery unit on 01/06/2017. It took a month for these guys to generate the exact quotation after repeated follow up from our side.
After we paid 50% of the order as an advance(We did a NEFT Transfer to the executive on 30/06/2017), it took these guys 24 days just to create an order in your system, Which is today(24/07/2017).
And now, these guys are asking for an instalment which we already paid a month ago?
I had initially planned to do a couple of sliding wardrobes from custom furnish. But thank god, we didn't. With the service these guys have provided till today, it would have been a dreadful experience.
Please do not expect the customer to be satisfied with your products, Because you guys ensure a person hits the roof of his patience and shouts with anger and regret the moment he decided to go with you.
